Provider Information

• When you see a physician practice listed as a participating provider in the Mississippi Health Partners network, remember that not every physician in that practice may be credentialed and considered an in-network provider. If you select a physician that is not a Mississippi Health Partners participating provider, your benefits may be reduced.
• When you arrive at a physician’s office, hospital, or facility, present your health insurance card bearing the Mississippi Health Partners logo so the provider registers you as a Mississippi Health Partners participant. Before making an appointment with a physician, you should confirm he or she is still a participating Mississippi Health Partners provider.
