MedCost has streamlined our enrollment forms and added new features to enhance your online experience. The updated forms will be available to all clients beginning Monday, February 12, 2024. There is nothing you need to do to access the new forms. You will continue to log in like you always have, with the same username and password.
Here are highlights of the enhancements you will see (list is not all inclusive):

Removal of flex waiver of coverage form (not required by MedCost).

Single, combined form to use for flex enrollments and terminations.

Additional flex option for limited purpose election amount (for groups that have an HDHP plan with an HSA account).

Additional gender option of “Unknown” to allow submission of non-binary enrollment.

Elimination of data fields not required by MedCost, such as hours worked, student status, spousal other coverage, etc.

Check boxes to indicate if a dependent has a different address than the employee.

Additional qualifying event reason codes to better align with industry standards.
Just as we do currently, a MedCost Enrollment Specialist will contact you if there is invalid or missing data on the submitted forms.
