Through a secure Provider portal, provider administrators and staff have access to updated fee schedules to ensure you have the latest information on allowables and know what to expect for reimbursement. MedCost updates the fee schedule for new codes during the first quarter of each year.
Registered administrators can enter up to five CPT codes at once when searching for your practice’s fee allowables (not including facility or anesthesia rates). You can also give search access to staff accounts in our secure Provider portal. Be sure to register for Provider portal access.
If you are part of a larger affiliation and contracted directly with that organization instead of MedCost, you must continue to go through the affiliation for fee allowable requests.
If you do not have access to our secure portal and would like to request a current fee schedule for your practice, please send a list of CPT or HCPCS codes and the billed charges for each code in a Microsoft Excel file to [email protected]. Please include your name, your practice name, phone number and tax ID in the body of the email to avoid any delays with your request.
