MedCost has relationships with payer partners that lease our provider network in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Most of these payer partners offer online claim status or eligibility. To identify the payer, you will need to consult the member ID card. If MedCost is the payer, you can access claim payment status with this link.
