MedCost Benefit Services welcomes Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg to our client family, effective January 1, 2025. Their previous third-party administrator was Entrust.
Since you are a participating provider in the MedCost Virginia Network(s), formerly known as Virginia Health Network, all claims for Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg health plan members with dates of service on or after January 1, 2025, should be filed as follows:

To avoid delays in claims processing and ensure timely payment, we recommend updating your system immediately with the correct billing information. Claims for dates of service on or after January 1, 2025, that are submitted to the incorrect payer and/or billing address may not be re-routed and could be denied.
Please ensure you ask Westminster of Canterbury plan members for an updated copy of their insurance card at their next visit to your office/facility. A sample of the new ID card is shown below for your reference.
